About Sagarika
Sagarika Mishra is an Emotional Wellness Coach and a Counselling Psychologist. She conducts online Emotional Wellness Coaching and Counselling session for individuals and organizations. She also conducts workshops in Emotional Wellness, Corporate Yoga and Meditation.
Sagarika has worked in various roles from International Business Development Manager to Brand Sourcing Head, in organizations like SGS, TUV SUD South Asia, 99 Labels etc, with a total work experience of more than 12 years. Sagarika felt the need for Emotional Wellness in her own life and how its application in corporate could enhance the productivity and individual happiness levels.
Sagarika is PCC( Professionally Certified Coach) by International Coach Federation and has completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology. She has practiced Clinical Psychology at Columbia Asia Hospital and is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is certified in Yogic Studies from Bihar School of Yoga.
Sagarika's expertise in multiple disciplines enables a holistic approach to corporate training.
Sagarika believes that professional and personal lives are interrelated. Her extensive training in Psychology and yoga gives her the skill set to successfully address a variety of cases. Sagarika also conducts one-on-one sessions for Senior Management. Each one of these sessions is customized to meet the challenges and needs of the individual concerned. Sagarika strongly believes in empowering people so that they are inspired to empower themselves.
